In order to avoid being confused with the lamp beads attached to the same circuit board, and to ensure that only one grade of lamp beads is used on the same circuit board, we classify and manage the lamp beads according to the grade of the finished product during storage and transportation. In addition, visual color inspection is carried out when the finished product is shipped. Finished product control

The consistency of light color is one of the important indicators of high-quality light, and the quality of the lamp beads determines the quality of the light source. From phosphor color matching, dispensing, chip BIN partition, patch to testing, every process and link is very important and has its own rigorous process. Before the finished product leaves the factory, it has to go through the last light color comparison and detection. The main detection steps are:

1. check the lamp bead surface cleanness; visually observe the lamp beads for stains and black spots for tin

2. the finished product is placed on the test rack main, connected to the circuit after lighting the light source, the emergence of dead lights, empty welding, crack glue, burst of bad products with labels.

3. in the light source covered with acrylic plate, observe the finished product and the color of the first piece of light color, again to ensure that the same batch of products light color consistent, defective products with labels

4. defective products shall be sent back for maintenance.
